Brian O Slatarra: Managing Director
Brian O’Slatarra is Managing Director of Agritech since 2004. An accountant by profession he served his time in practice in Dublin before returning to the family business in 1995. Brian has overseen the steady growth of the business and is committed to providing farmers with profitable solutions both at home and abroad. A keen equestrian enthusiast he can be regularly seen competing together with his family at various events.
Seamus O Slatarra: Director
Seamus O’Slatarra is a graduate of UCD where he received a degree in Agricultural Science. He also has a Diploma in Business. Seamus has spent many years on the road covering the East and North of Ireland as a Business Development Manager before taking charge of operations and production. With the ever increasing demands on traceability, Seamus is fully committed to implementing efficient production systems with Agritech fully compliant with the international quality standards of UFAS, Universal Feed Assurance Standard and FEMAS, Feed Materials Assurance Scheme.
John Kenny: Sales Director
John Kenny started with Agritech in 1986 as a distributor for South Offaly. In 1993 he became a Business Development Manager and was appointed National Sales Director in 2003. John is most appropriately the Sales Director as he has worked in every aspect of the Agritech distributorship. From first hand experience, he is keenly aware of the day to day issues of a distributor as his wife Catherine continues to cover their local area. He is acutely aware of the commercial requirements of modern day agriculture and is constantly striving to ensure delivery of a better service and product to our distributors and farmer customers. John’s hobby is his pedigree Limousin herd and he has served on the Limousin Council of Ireland.
Stephen Hennessy: Export Manager
A former accountant, Stephen is known in the Agri sector from his time with Keenans, where he worked in numerous roles that included Group Operations Manager before moving onto Sales Director. Originally from Paulstown, Co. Kilkenny, Stephen grew up on a dairy and beef farm where he developed a fantastic practical understanding of farming and farm systems. Stephen joined the Agritech team to further develop export opportunities for the business.
Amie Coonan : Commercial and Technical Development Manager
Amie Coonan is Agritech’s Commercial and Technical Development Manager. Originally from Birdhill, Co. Tipperary, Amie is a graduate of University College Dublin, where she completed a Bachelor of Agricultural Science in Animal and Crop Production. She brings a strong blend of commercial experience and practical farming knowledge to the role. Amie previously worked with ABP as Farm Liaison Team Leader, engaging closely with beef and dairy farmers and providing technical advice across areas including beef genetics, animal nutrition, soil health and grassland management. Prior to this, she worked with Dairygold as an Area Sales Manager, where she was responsible for feed, fertiliser and farm requisites sales across the Munster region.
Colin Pollock B.Sc.Ag.: Technical Support Manager
Colin Pollock is Agritech’s Technical Support Manager. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science Agriculture with Animal Science from Harper Adams University College. Colin brings a wealth of practical, technical, and commercial experience from his time as a Dairy Unit Manager for Almarai in Saudi Arabia, Nutritionist for Richard Keenan Ltd and Business Manager for Tirlan. Colin grew up and lives in Kilkenny.
Kasia Stasica: Customer Service and Logistics
Kasia is a key member of the Agritech background team. Originally from Poland, Kasia has been with Agritech since 2007, where she takes care of customer service, logistics and sales administration.
